Intellectual property: All product designs, testing methodologies, and performance data are proprietary to FlatBreak. Unauthorized use of our technical data is prohibited.

Limitation of liability: Maximum liability limited to purchase price. Not responsible for competition disqualifications due to rule changes. Users assume all responsibility for ensuring compliance with local laws and competition regulations.
